“年度最佳论文奖”，是SCCT中国区委员会检索2016年7月1日至2017年6月30日期间，由中国学者并且在国内完成的心血管CT领域SCI论文中最高影响因子的学术论文（综述、病例报道、信件等除外）。经过重重筛选，来自解放军总医院、南开大学医学院的橝亚航医生(女）以一篇Comparison of CT-RECTOR and J-CTO scores to predict chronic total occlusion difficulty for percutaneous coronary intervention摘得年度最佳论文奖的桂冠（Int J Cardiol. 2017，影响因子7.815），并由同学代领奖。
通过提前投稿筛选以及激烈的英文演讲比拼，经过数位评委的评分，“青年研究者奖”终于产生了。来自中国医学科学院阜外医院侯志辉医生以91.4分荣获一等奖，获奖题目为Prognostic Value of Atherosclerosis Progression for Prediction of Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Nonobstructive Coronary Artery Disease。来自中国医科大学附属盛京医院的马跃以89.4分和上海交通大学瑞金医院的秦乐以86.4分的好成绩获得了二等奖，演讲内容分别为The Diagnostic Performance of Instantaneous Wave-Free Ratio Derived from Coronary CT Angiography for Evaluation of Ischemia-Causing Coronary Stenosis Confirmed by Invasive Fractional Flow Reserve和Coronary stent image subtraction using monochromatic CCTA derived from a dual-layer spectral CT。来自首都医科大学宣武医院的王苑丁以84.0分、北京协和医院的刘佩君以80.6分、解放军总医院的窦冠华以83.6分的成绩荣获三等奖，获奖题目分别为The Impact of Advanced Modeled Iterative Reconstruction Strength Level on the Image Quality of Calcified Coronary Segments in Coronary CT Angiography、Monochromatic imaging of dual-layer spectral detector CT improve visualization of myocardial hypo-perfusion和Quantitative Plaque features from Coronary Computed Tomographic Coronary Angiography Noninvasively Predicts Myocardial Ischemia by Using Fractional Flow Reserve。
