The 4th Annual Meeting of SCCT China IRC in 2016
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 4th annual meeting of SCCT China International Regional Committee (IRC), it is my great honor and pleasure to invite you to the 4th meeting of the China IRC to be held from October 28 to 30, 2016 in Beijing, China.
Since its first scientific meeting in 2006, the SCCT has become the leading society in the field of cardiac CT today. Thanks to the dedication and efforts of its members, the SCCT has succeeded in promoting the clinical benefits of cardiac CT and achieving high standard scientific accomplishments. Encouraged by its success, the SCCT China IRC has succeeded in hosting our 1st annual meeting in 2013 and will host its 4th annual meeting in 2016 to share the high quality academic and clinical achievements of the SCCT.
The Organizing Committee plans to design four half-day sessions that will allow participants to gain a global vision of cardiac CT. This meeting is held three months after the 11th SCCT anniversary in Orlando Florida, making us have enough time to absorb the latest knowledge in the field and broadcast the latest trends to our attendees. Besides, we will invite outstanding Chinese cardiologists, interventional experts, cardiothoracic surgeons, vascular surgeons, biomedical engineering professions to deliver their opinions, thus make us a big family. We focus on cardiac CT, and learn beyond cardiac CT. The open session on Oct 29 morning will be English, but other sessions will be mainly in Chinese. I hope that the 4th SCCT China IRC meeting will provide an economical opportunity to participants from home and abroad to share a high standard program.
In addition to serving as a significant platform for exchanging valuable ideas, the 4th annual meeting of the SCCT China IRC will also offer its participants a chance to socialize and interact with colleagues and friends from around the world.
I believe that the meeting will highlight the clinical benefits of cardiac CT and bring further advancement in the scientific level and quality in the study of cardiac CT. I extend my heartfelt invitation to you to participate in the 4th annual meeting of SCCT China IRC in Beijing.
